This page starts out as an effort to surface the best photographers on flickr. The problem is interesting, and difficult, given the artistic nature of this content, and the highly subjective nature of appreciating art. Until I have tuned this ranking approach enough, I’ll continue to title this page as “Popular Photographers”, and not “Best Photographers”.
